Terms of service.

1. The service

In short: we provide Pantheon OS as a hosted product. You bring your team, your tools, your model API keys.

Noetikon Systems LLC operates Pantheon OS, a hosted multi-agent governance platform. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptable use

In short: don't break laws, don't abuse other users, don't use Pantheon for sanctioned-region targeting.

You agree not to use Pantheon to violate laws, infringe rights, transmit malware, or operate against parties in sanctioned regions. We may suspend accounts that breach this policy.

3. Your data

In short: it's yours, we're a custodian.

You retain all rights to data you upload or your agents generate. We process it under our Privacy Policy and DPA.

4. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are pro-rated for annual plans cancelled within 14 days.

5. Termination

You may delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Audit logs are retained for 90 days post-deletion for compliance reasons.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is." Our maximum aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
